A Cyberprae Client Relationship Manager holds a critical role managing the relationship between Cyberprae and its customers. As well as being a commercially important role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our customers always receive the very best service possible. This also means that managing and developing internal relationships is as key as those we build externally. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive the best guidance, strategic development and advocacy and through your skill and dedication, you will ensure both the retention and growth of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction: By staying close to your customers, you will ensure that we always evolve and remain aligned to their mission at all times and that they are receiving the very best advocacy and support that you can give to them.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and implement customer roadmaps and strategy to further build on and maintain your strong relationships with your customers.
- Revenue Generation: Using the strength of your relationships to create opportunities that create revenue for Cyberprae whilst helping support our customer's mission.
- Internal Engagement: Foster a positive organizational culture by working with your colleagues in a way that gets the best result for your customer and at the same time promotes a teamwork ethos internally.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client facing relationship management, customer service, commercial or a related field. Experience within an IT managed services organisation is highly desirable.
