CyberOne is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to focus on developing our existing company accounts within the UK. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with exceptional energy, passion, and initiative for identifying new revenue streams and growing customer relationships. Candidates must have experience in account management and come from a Vendor, Distribution, or Reseller background. Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue within existing company accounts. Identify and pursue new revenue streams within assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders to foster growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to ensure high customer satisfaction. Promote and sell comprehensive solutions including software, services, and support to guarantee customer success. Work with Channel and Enterprise Directors to provide training on CyberOne\’s products, services, pricing, and operational processes. Travel to engage with existing customers to sustain and grow market share. Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful sales presentations to inform, persuade, and close business deals. Acquire in-depth knowledge of CyberOne’s services, market trends, competitive landscape, and strategies to secure additional business from competitors.
