CyberOne is accelerating its partner-led growth strategy and is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Lead to build, own, and scale our UK indirect channel. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of partner revenue performance across MSPs, VARs, and System Integrators, driving both partner-sourced pipeline and ARR growth across referral and wholesale models. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping CyberOne’s go-to-market strategy within the partner ecosystem, working closely with senior leadership and representing the business at an executive level.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & scale the partner ecosystem – Recruit, onboard, and activate high-value MSP, VAR, and SI partnerships aligned to CyberOne’s growth strategy
  • Drive partner revenue performance – Own pipeline generation, forecasting, and ARR growth through partner-led sales motions
  • Lead partner sales execution – Enable, coach, and manage partner sellers; establish clear cadence, KPIs, and performance frameworks
  • Develop joint GTM strategies – Collaborate with partners on co-selling, account mapping, and joint business planning
  • Strengthen ecosystem presence – Act as a senior ambassador for CyberOne across the UK partner landscape, including Microsoft-aligned networks

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in partner/channel sales leadership within cybersecurity, cloud, or managed services
  • Strong track record of building and scaling indirect channels and driving measurable partner revenue
  • Experience working with MSPs, VARs, SIs, and vendor ecosystems (ideally Microsoft)
  • Commercially driven with the ability to operate strategically and execute hands-on
  • Confident stakeholder engagement with experience working at C-level and board level
