We are looking for an experienced Senior M365 Security Consultant to join our leading Microsoft Security Practice. In this role, you’ll help organisations design, improve, and mature their Cyber Security posture through the use of M365 Security and Compliance technologies. This is a client-facing, senior-level role where you’ll combine deep hands‑on technical expertise with strong consulting skills. You’ll own engagements end-to-end: from discovery and strategy through to design and implementation. If you enjoy solving complex security challenges, influencing stakeholders, and seeing the tangible impact of your work, this role gives you the space and trust to do exactly that.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advise & Assess: Partner with customers to understand their business and security challenges, assess their Microsoft 365 environments, and identify meaningful improvement opportunities.
- Design & Deliver: Architect and implement security and compliance solutions across Microsoft 365, aligned to Microsoft best practices, Zero Trust, and regulatory requirements.
- Shape Strategy: Help clients define security strategies, roadmaps, and policies across organisations of varying sizes and maturity.
- Hands‑On: Lead implementations, tenant migrations, and greenfield deployments translating designs into secure, usable solutions.
- Support Pre‑Sales: Collaborate with sales teams on solution design, provide technical input, and contribute to Statements of Work and proposals.
- Microsoft Partnership: Become the technical face of CyberOne when engaging directly with Microsoft by engaging with their product group and engineering teams.
What You’ll Bring
- You’re an experienced M365 security professional who is comfortable working independently, engaging directly with customers, and making informed technical decisions.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience delivering M365 tenant migrations and greenfield deployments.
- Ability to assess existing environments, identify gaps, and implement effective remediation.
- Confidence explaining technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications
- SC-100 – Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect
- SC-200 – Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
- SC-300 – Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator

- MS-500 – Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate
- MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator
What Sets You Apart
- You’re comfortable operating as a trusted advisor, not just a technical implementer.
- You can influence stakeholders from engineers through to senior leadership.
- You take a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to security.
- You enjoy variety and can manage multiple client engagements without losing quality.
- You’re curious, motivated, and keep up with evolving threats and Microsoft capabilities.
What’s In It for You
- Flexible working hours & remote‑first culture.
- Birthday off, long‑service awards.
- Bi‑annual performance awards and team off‑sites.
