Rubrik is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Planning to join our high-performing Sales Strategy and Operations team. In this role, you’ll be at the strategic core of our organization, driving the sales planning strategy, processes, and innovations needed to scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations as we accelerate our growth in International markets. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives in a cross-functional environment across finance, sales and field operations, solve complex challenges to drive our GTM strategies with exposure to senior executives.

Shape GTM Strategy
- Lead analyses supporting the annual and quarterly planning cycles, revenue targets, headcount allocation, quota modeling, segmentation, and coverage design.
- Own the analytics and develop tools/models to support the annual planning cycles such as territory planning and quota allocation.
- Translate long-term business strategy into concrete, executable GTM plans.
Deliver Insight That Drives Decisions
- Harness your analytical expertise to assess key performance metrics, create deep-dive analyses, and identify opportunities to elevate the sales organization including building QBR and other executive facing materials.
- Develop impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights into the health of the business, with a focus on areas that can unlock exponential growth.
Execute with Precision, Drive Innovation
- Work closely with operational teams (e.g., Field Operations and Sales Compensation) to translate GTM plans into action, ensuring seamless implementation of changes and continuous process improvements.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations, strategy consulting, analytics, investment banking or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical skills with fluency in tools with a proven ability to analyze and synthesize large datasets into actionable insights. (SQL, Tableau, Pigment, Snowflake expertise a plus)
- Superb organizational and project management skills with a keen focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
- A growth mindset and a relentless drive for excellence and innovation.
- B.A./B.S. Degree, MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in forecasting, territory planning, TAM and account propensity analysis a plus.
- Experience in high-tech industry, preferably in hyper-growth, cloud-based technology businesses a plus.
