With rapid enterprise adoption and growing market demand, the company is only just getting started. Trusted by Fortune 500 companies, leading banks, technology firms, and healthcare organisations, Cyberly delivers a human risk platform that enables security teams to measure, simulate, remediate, and enforce protection across every user channel - including email, voice, SMS, and collaboration tools.

We are seeking a Head of GTM to help scale Cyberly globally. This is a highly impactful, hands-on role with significant ownership and autonomy to define, build, and execute our go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders to build scalable acquisition systems, outbound infrastructure, and growth engines across multiple industries, including fintech, crypto, legal, healthcare, and enterprise technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys building systems from scratch, and wants to grow alongside a fast-moving AI cybersecurity company.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Run rapid GTM experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Build and optimise demand generation systems for key verticals, including fintech, crypto, legal, and healthcare.
  • Test positioning, messaging, creatives, landing pages, and ICP segmentation.
  • Improve CAC efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline quality.
  • Build scalable paid funnels and performance reporting systems.
  • Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise ROI.
  • Create outbound workflows using Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and enrichment tools.
  • Develop scalable outbound playbooks and automation systems.
  • Collaborate closely with product, founders, and leadership on messaging and market strategy.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles.
  • Strong performance marketing background with proven KPIs.
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers in a technical or product-led environment.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience building outbound systems and automation workflows.
  • Experience managing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, AI, or highly regulated industries.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to lead and scale go-to-market initiatives at a cutting-edge AI cybersecurity startup.
  • High ownership and visibility, with direct impact on customer outcomes and company growth.
  • A flexible working environment with significant autonomy.
  • The opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits tailored to individual preferences.
