We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our end client's exciting new SaaS platform launch, starting as soon as possible on an initial 12-month contract. This role is inside IR35 and offers a mainly remote working arrangement, with occasional client collaboration days as required. Domain knowledge in construction and carbon with SaaS is non-negotiable.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal role in translating niche domain requirements into a data-heavy SaaS product. This is a senior post requiring deep product leadership, robust stakeholder management, and the ability to engage daily with C‑Suite stakeholders. Working closely with the CTO, Product Owner, and cross‑functional teams across design and engineering, you’ll define product strategy, deliver key features, and ensure every release aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, embedding domain expertise in decision‑making.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including the C‑Suite, navigating conflicting priorities with confidence.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, data, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and high‑impact product experiences.
- Drive data‑driven decision‑making, monitoring product performance and adapting strategy accordingly.
- Identify risks early and recommend clear, strategic solutions.
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
- Senior‑level Product Manager (5+ years) within SaaS or similar digital platform environments.
- Proven experience translating niche domain insights into scalable, data‑rich SaaS solutions.
- Strong experience with complex stakeholder management, including daily interactions with the C‑Suite.
- Domain knowledge in construction and carbon within a SaaS context is a non‑negotiable requirement.
- Deep experience in Agile delivery, with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and influence at senior levels.
