The role is remote within the UK with a monthly in‑office strategy day in Surrey. It is a 12‑month fixed‑term position that may be extended or become permanent.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the product portfolio, driving innovation and achieving strategic objectives.
- Manage and coach a growing team of four, establishing best practice and ensuring successful development of new features and product iterations.
- Align product initiatives with B2B and B2C solutions, delivering on the roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering (software) and SaaS teams to drive product development.
- Engage with customers, incorporating their feedback into product decisions and maintaining a user‑centred design focus.
- Oversee agile development processes, delivering product updates on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches.
