We are seeking experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Implementation & Support Consultants (ISC) to join our growing consulting team. This is a client-facing role, delivering and supporting SailPoint ISC solutions across enterprise environments. You’ll work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and other consultants to ensure successful deployment, ongoing support, and continuous improvement of IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and deploy SailPoint ISC solutions within client environments.
- Support clients post-implementation, including troubleshooting, debugging, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Lead post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and technical documentation.
- Configure workflows, connectors, roles, policies, and transforms in ISC.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training or guidance to client teams.
- Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement of deployed IAM solutions.
- Contribute to project planning, status reporting, and delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior consultants.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SailPoint ISC in enterprise environments (2+ years).
- Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, RACF, Exchange).
- Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux platforms, database systems such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, or Sybase and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and GCP.
- Practical experience with implementing Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, role-based access control (RBAC) and configuring access certification campaigns.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and support skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
- Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively in a team.
What You Bring to the Table
- Professional experience: 2–5 years in enterprise IAM implementation/support or consulting roles.
- Strong SailPoint ISC expertise, with exposure to other IAM/PAM technologies (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, etc.) advantageous.
- Client-facing consulting mindset: confident in engaging stakeholders, managing expectations, and delivering solutions on time.
- Attention to detail across delivery, documentation, and testing.
- Motivation for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with identity security technologies.
