Partnerships Manager

We are the UK’s leading identity security services provider, specialising in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) with leading providers like BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Ping, SailPoint, and Saviynt.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and channel management, with a strong skillset in working with people and building relationships and an eagerness to travel to partner events, both inside the UK & abroad. We also welcome applicants who are currently in Account Manager or similar client-facing roles and are looking to transition into a Partner Manager position, provided they have strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for channel growth. This role is based in our Chester office and follows a hybrid working model (2–3 days per week onsite).
In this role, you’ll manage and grow key channel partnerships (CyberArk, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, etc.), drive pipeline development, and represent CyberIAM at partner events in the UK and abroad.

What You’ll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners (VARs, SIs, tech providers).
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Develop joint business plans and growth strategies with partners.
- Work with partners to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to support pipeline growth.Track KPIs and report on partner-generated revenue.
- Build and execute strategic partner plans to meet revenue goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends to inform growth opportunities.
- Align with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Act as the key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience developing strong, professional relationships with external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel (2–3 international trips per year across the US & Europe).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
