About this role

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a PAM Sales Engineer to help shape identity security solutions for customers across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for a PAM Consultant who enjoys the technical side of delivery but also wants greater exposure to customers, solution design, and the commercial aspects of engagements. You will work across multiple opportunities rather than being tied to a single long-term project, helping translate customer requirements into clear, practical scopes of work. You do not need to be a β€œsalesperson”, but you must be comfortable engaging with customers and articulating technical solutions in a clear, structured way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Scoping – Translate customer requirements into clear, practical PAM solution designs and scopes of work
  • Customer Engagement – Work closely with customers to understand needs, run discovery sessions, and shape the right approach
  • Pre-Sales Support – Support the sales lifecycle through RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFx responses and solution positioning
  • Technical Expertise – Provide guidance on PAM capabilities including privileged access onboarding, vaulting, session management, and workflows
  • Collaboration – Work with architects, delivery teams, and commercial teams to ensure solutions are aligned and deliverable
  • Stakeholder Communication – Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What we’re looking for

  • PAM Platform Experience – Hands-on experience with tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea
  • PAM Delivery Knowledge – Experience across areas such as privileged account onboarding, vaulting, session management, and access workflows
  • Pre-Sales or Customer-Facing Experience – Exposure to discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Scoping & Commercial Awareness – Experience defining professional services effort or contributing to proposals
  • Bid Response Experience – Involvement in RFPs, RFIs, RFQs or wider RFx processes

What you bring to the table

  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders
  • Customer-Focused Mindset – Comfortable working closely with customers and understanding business challenges
  • Consultative Approach – Ability to balance technical depth with practical, outcome-focused solutions
  • Collaboration – Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and architecture

What CyberIAM Offers

  • Career Growth: Structured training & certifications.
  • Time Off: 33 days holiday (incl. public holidays).
  • Health & Wellbeing: AXA Healthcare & discounted gym membership.
  • Financial Perks: Up to 6% pension contribution (10% total).
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible working & a social fund.
  • Competitive Salary
