We are seeking a People Manager to lead and manage a team of consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, as well as ensuring that team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Set goals and expectations for team members and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them develop and grow in their roles.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to be successful in their jobs.
- Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to ensure that the team's goals align with the company's overall strategy.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to people management.
What we’re looking for
- Experience with managing technical teams would be highly beneficial but not required.
- At least 4+ years of experience in management.

- Strong leadership, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
