About CyberIAM

CyberIAM is the UK’s leading identity security services provider, specialising in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) with leading providers like BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Ping, SailPoint, and Saviynt. We work with leading global organisations across all sectors. With offices in South Africa, Australia, the US, and the Netherlands, we have ambitious plans to become the world’s leading identity security services provider.

About this role

We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong foundation in B2B sales, ideally within technology or cybersecurity. This role combines new business development (hunting) with account growth (farming), offering the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while developing expertise in the IAM and PAM space. You will work closely with pre-sales, delivery consultants, marketing, and leadership to manage opportunities, support the full sales cycle, and contribute to CyberIAM’s continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of sales experience who is ready to step into a specialist cybersecurity environment and grow into enterprise-level account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market organisations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle with support from senior team members where required.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to align client needs with CyberIAM’s service offerings.
  • Contribute to account planning to drive revenue growth and client retention.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records (HubSpot).
  • Stay informed on IAM, PAM, and cybersecurity market trends.
  • Represent CyberIAM professionally in client meetings, virtual engagements, and industry events.

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, IT services, or cybersecurity solutions (strongly preferred).
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience or exposure to IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity vendors such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or BeyondTrust is advantageous but not essential.

What you bring to the table

  • Consistent pipeline generation and new opportunity creation.
  • Strong collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
  • Revenue growth across new and existing accounts.
  • Increasing confidence in managing more complex enterprise sales cycles over time.
  • Development into a trusted identity security advisor within your client base.

What CyberIAM Offers

  • Career Growth: Structured training & certifications.
  • Time Off: 33 days holiday (incl. public holidays).
  • Health & Wellbeing: AXA Healthcare & discounted gym membership.
  • Financial Perks: Up to 6% pension contribution (10% total).
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible working & a social fund.
  • Competitive Salary + Commission.
