The company is driving strong success within large enterprise organisations, delivering a platform designed to prevent attacks and intelligently identify potential threats before they escalate.
This is a quota-carrying, hunter-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments and wants to play a key role in scaling a category-defining cybersecurity platform.
From day one, you will take ownership of driving enterprise sales, leading outbound efforts, and selling into enterprise accounts across the UK, Europe, and beyond. This role is built for someone with passion and expertise in technical sales within a startup environment, who can both scale success and manage customer relationships effectively.
You will be responsible for closing new business while ensuring strong customer success and satisfaction. Your enthusiasm for selling cybersecurity solutions, combined with your ability to close both new and existing customers, will be critical in scaling the future of our client’s platform and product.
This role is remote within the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, engage, and close net-new enterprise accounts across DACH region
- Execute a pure hunter sales motion, building pipeline from scratch and driving opportunities through to close
- Engage DevOps leaders to clearly articulate the company’s value proposition
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate and grow Enterprise in DACH market
- Identify, engage, and close complex, enterprise-level deals
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Provide market and field-level feedback to influence GTM strategy and product development
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience within DevOps, Cloud or Observability
- Proven success in early-stage or hypergrowth environments, with comfort operating in ambiguity and building GTM processes
- Strong hunter mindset, with a track record of acquiring net-new logos and exceeding quota
- Based in the UK
- Solid grasp of SaaS sales, with a DevOps-focused selling motion
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, hitting quotas, and scaling business impact
- Ability to understand and effectively sell the client’s platform
- Genuine passion for cybersecurity software sales, eagerness to learn, and motivation to grow
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including clear communication and handling client queries
- Ideally fluent in German and experienced selling into the DACH region.
