Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or a consultative business development role (experience in tech recruitment / cyber security is preferred).
- Educated to graduate level or school leaver with A-Levels and a strong commercial mindset.
- Proven sales-oriented background with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to show initiative in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Confident, resilient, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
