We’re helping our client hire a Product Manager to lead the next phase of their third-party intelligence platform. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for defining the product strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable customer impact.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end product strategy for the platform, translating complex customer needs into high‑impact solutions and partnering closely with Engineering, Intelligence, and Client Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, multi‑quarter roadmap, and success metrics
  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements, PRDs, and acceptance criteria
  • Drive prioritisation, product discovery, and cross‑functional execution
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features
  • Engage with enterprise customers to uncover high‑value needs and inform product direction
  • Incorporate AI, ML, and intelligence workflows into the platform
  • Act as the voice of the customer across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of cyber security, threat intelligence, TPRM, or related risk domains
  • Experience with data‑heavy, ML‑powered, or AI‑enabled products
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments
  • Strong communicator, able to simplify complex intelligence concepts
  • Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders

Technical Awareness

  • Exposure to Node.js, Typescript, Python, Postgres, cloud environments (AWS), and event‑driven architectures
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, data models, scoring frameworks, and ML‑powered features

Success in the First 12 Months

  • A clear, validated roadmap aligned with customer and market needs
  • Strong cross‑functional partnerships and alignment
  • High‑impact feature delivery informed by customer discovery
  • Mature product processes for discovery, prioritisation, and release planning
  • Increased platform usability, adoption, and differentiation
