Role Overview
As a Senior Cyber Recruitment Consultant at CFG, you’ll work on a range of exciting roles across the cyber security sector, specifically early-stage startups with recently secured funding. You’ll manage relationships with active and hungry clients, collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver results, and focus on quality over quantity, maintaining strong client relationships without rigid KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Own the full end-to-end recruitment process for cyber security roles.
- Deliver top-tier service to clients and candidates, building and maintaining relationships.
- Collaborate with the team on campaign strategy, sourcing, and client management.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, focusing on quality.

Requirements
- 1–4 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or consultative business development (cyber security or technology recruitment is an advantage).
- Graduate level education or A‑Levels with a strong commercial mindset.
- Proven sales‑oriented background with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to show initiative in a fast-paced, target‑driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, engaging effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Confident, resilient, adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail.
