Role Overview:

Step into a hot desk from day one, working live roles across the cyber security market with fast-growing, well-funded startups. You'll partner with engaged clients who are actively hiring - real momentum, real deals. You'll join a high-performing, collaborative team that values quality over KPIs, with no box-ticking - just strong relationships, top-tier delivery, and full ownership of the 360° recruitment process. Requirements:

  • 2 + years' experience in recruitment, sales, or a consultative business development role (experience in tech recruitment / cyber security is preferred).
  • Educated to graduate level or school leaver with A-Levels and a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven sales-oriented background with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to show initiative in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Confident, resilient, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
