We partner with hundreds of VC-backed, high-growth cybersecurity and software GTM startups, helping them scale sales, revenue, and technical teams globally.

The Opportunity
This is a junior-level role with serious earning potential.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and leadership, learning how to run a recruitment desk from the ground up while operating in a high-energy, sales-led environment. You’ll be exposed to live roles, real clients, and active candidates early on – with clear progression into a full 360° consultant role.
This is not a passive or admin-heavy role. It’s fast, commercial, competitive, and designed for people who want to win.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting senior consultants on live roles within VC-backed cybersecurity and GTM startups
- Sourcing and engaging candidates across high-growth markets
- Learning how to qualify candidates and manage recruitment processes end to end
- Speaking with candidates daily and building market knowledge quickly
- Developing strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Progressing toward managing your own desk and clients
You’ll be trained, coached, and supported – but you’ll be expected to bring energy, pace, and ambition.

What We’re Looking For
- A sales-driven, motivated, and competitive mindset
- Tech recruitment experience preferred. Sales-driven background with at least 1+ years’ experience in recruitment or a commercial sales environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Resilience, determination, and a desire to succeed financially
- A genuine interest in recruitment, sales, or the startup / tech space
- Graduate or A-level background with a strong work ethic
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Attitude, hunger, and ambition matter most.
