We’re looking for a Security Engineer to join our Managed Security Services (MSS) team at CyberCX. This role is ideal for someone early in their security engineering career who enjoys hands‑on technical work, onboarding new customers, and supporting the delivery of managed security services in complex environments. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to onboard new services, integrate systems, and support the ongoing operation and improvement of customer‑facing security capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the onboarding of new customers and customer data into MSS platforms
- Assist with the build and implementation of managed security services and technical solutions
- Contribute to the design, support, and management of customer‑facing security capabilities
- Support internal and client communications around system stability and service issues
- Coordinate support, maintenance, and upgrades of managed systems
- Work to agreed project timelines and customer expectations
- Document work completed and ensure solutions align with customer requirements
- Collaborate across CyberCX to continuously improve service delivery and customer outcomes
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within managed security services or security operations
- Exposure to onboard customer data into MSS or managed platforms (preferred)
- Understanding of security tools and controls such as:
- SIEM
- IDS/IPS
- Anti‑Virus
- WAF
Qualifications (desirable)
- Industry‑recognised IT or cyber security qualifications
- Relevant vendor certifications
