Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of marine construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee construction of marine structures such as piers, bulkheads, jetties, and cofferdams
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marine or heavy civil construction project management
- Proven track record managing waterfront infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of marine equipment, construction methods, and environmental permitting
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., HCSS Heavy Job, Primavera, Smart build)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
