CyberArk is looking for a Manager to lead our growing EMEA Renewals team, as a member of the broader Customer Success organization. This is a 12-month FTC maternity leave cover. The role is based in London and will report directly to the VP, Global Renewal Management. You and your team will be critical in building efficiency, scalability, and predictability into our customer lifecycle without compromising on customer experience. In partnership with Sales Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, your team is responsible for securing up-for-renewal dollars and identifying possible expansion opportunities. As the leader of this team, you will support them in this mission and drive excellence, efficiencies, and growth within the team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, strategic, and process-oriented individual with a knack for efficiency and development. Responsibilities: Lead renewal processes in the EMEA region and develop, alongside the Global Renewals VP, a prioritization/automation process aimed at securing renewal revenue efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience Partner with your team, Account Executives, and Customer Success to manage impactful renewals, thinking strategically to not only close negotiations but also expand account opportunities via cross-selling and up-selling Manage the EMEA Renewals teamβs pipeline forecasting exercises and metrics Drive process and operational rigor to support the growing SaaS/Subscription renewal organization and transformation Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Develop strong relationships with Channel partners to support renewal and growth opportunities Engage in personal and professional development, including deepening product knowledge, understanding cybersecurity trends, and enhancing skills in communication, negotiation, and teamwork Leverage customer data, contracts, and behavior to assess renewal health Develop a renewal engagement playbook to maximize revenue retention and minimize friction/risk in the customer journey #LI-FH1 Experience in growing and managing a renewals team Renewals and customer success management experience in a security or enterprise SaaS environment Experience with pipeline forecasting in Renewals, Customer Success, or Sales, understanding the complexity of recurring revenue models Comfort with contributing to strategic initiatives like automating scalable renewals approaches Data-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement Proficiency in closing, upselling, and cross-selling with a strategic, collaborative approach Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Customer-first mentality, with a smart, bold, humble attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset Proficiency in SFDC, CPQ, Clari, Microsoft Office Suite is a plus We are proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, where every individual\’s background, perspective, and contribution are celebrated.
