Information Security & Business Continuity Officer – Birchwood, Warrington – Permanent Hybrid – £35,000
The role is to ensure Information Security & Business Continuity policies and documentation are in place, communicated and accessible to NUVIA employees.
Plan and assist the Head of Security in creating and executing board level Crisis Management & Business Continuity exercises and communicating/delivering outcomes from these events.
Ensure Heads of Locations have their specific Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) policies and procedures in place and up to date.
Support Business Lines and project teams for business wide ISO27001 activities and preparing for annual ISO27001 auditing both internal and external to maintain certification.
Profile
Reporting to NUVIA Head of Security
Duties to include:
- Support the management of the BCMS
- Support the management of the ISO27001 certification
- Assist projects and the security team in ensuring access controls to information containers are up to date
- Review information containers for accumulation and aggregation risks
- Highlight any risks via Risk Management & Accreditation Document Sets (RMADS)
- Support in sensitive matters that may arise from sensitive work
- Carry out Forensic investigations for security events
- Carry out internal audits for BCMS & ISO27001 related matters
- Signpost to InfoSec & BCMS security policy and procedure
- Ensure asset registers are up to date
- Support the Head of Security in security business as usual matters
Requirements:
- To be able to work with UK Classified information
- Must be eligible for SC clearance
- BCMS and Information Security experience
Desirable:
- Awareness of HMG/MOD/Civil Nuclear Cyber Security regulations
