Shortlist Recruitment are looking for a Cyber Resilience Analyst to join a market-leading business based near Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an evolving security and governance team, helping to embed robust recovery and continuity frameworks across the organisation. You’ll partner with both technical teams and operational stakeholders to enhance the company’s readiness and response to disruptive cyber events.

The Cyber Resilience Analyst will assess critical services and infrastructure to determine business impact and recovery priorities, support structured incident debriefs, highlight areas for improvement within existing controls and ensure resilience considerations are factored into technology and change initiatives from the outset.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in Cyber Resilience (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery or Incident Response)
  • Ability to manage detailed plans and work across complex environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly recovery and backup services
  • Exposure to VMware technologies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender tools
  • Comfort communicating technical risk to non-technical audiences
