Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Architect high-level, secure IT and cyber solutions tailored to customer requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives.
- Presales Engagement: Join sales meetings to qualify opportunities, shape technical proposals, and lead solution presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bid & Tender Support: Create compelling bid responses that demonstrate security, resilience, and compliance — securing wins across mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage confidently with engineers, technical teams, and C-level executives to build unified, scalable solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and accurate documentation, costings, and timelines.

Skills/Must Have:
- Experience: Proven background designing and delivering secure IT and cyber solutions within the UK Managed Services market.
- Presales Track Record: Demonstrated success converting complex pre-sales opportunities into closed deals across mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Technical Breadth: Hands-on exposure across as many of the following as possible — MDR, SIEM, EDR, XDR, NDR, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SASE, SSE, NAC, PAM, MFA, SSO, DLP, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, CNAPP, CASB, Vulnerability Management, DAST, and Cyber Security Awareness Training.
- Frameworks: Working knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and public sector procurement or bid governance processes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical risk into business-focused narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft and CrowdStrike powered solutions.
- Background navigating public sector procurement and security governance requirements.
