An exceptional opportunity is now available for a Cyber Insurance Specialist to join a dynamic and expanding independent insurance brokerage headquartered in Marston Green, serving clients across Birmingham, Solihull, and the wider UK. As part of a forward thinking team, you’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate the increasingly important world of cyber risk by embedding tailored cyber insurance solutions into their portfolios.

You will work closely with Account Executives and Business Development Managers, attending client meetings and providing expert guidance on cyber insurance products and risk mitigation strategies. Your knowledge will be essential in supporting both existing clients and prospective customers, ensuring they are well informed and protected in an evolving digital landscape.

The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with specialist MGAs and insurers, ensuring access to a wide range of solutions and staying ahead of market developments.

To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience in cyber insurance, underwriting, or broking within the UK market. A strong understanding of current cyber threats such as ransomware, AI driven attacks, and supply chain vulnerabilities, as well as upcoming regulatory changes like the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill, is essential. You should be confident in presenting complex information clearly, capable of developing trusted client relationships, and motivated to continually develop your expertise in this fast moving field.
