We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to play a key role in supporting and enhancing our UK and US IT infrastructure. Working within a highly secure, technology-driven environment, you'll help deliver exceptional IT services while supporting the systems behind world-class security solutions.

The Role

  • Provide 3rd Line support across infrastructure, cloud and security platforms
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues
  • Manage and optimise Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint technologies
  • Lead infrastructure upgrades, security improvements and automation initiatives
  • Support disaster recovery, ITIL processes and continuous service improvement
