What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years' experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Business Analysis
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator essential; Architect certifications advantageous)
- Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, data modelling, and automation
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
