What Youll Be Doing * Own and resolve complex technical issues for international customers * Support enterprise-scale, multi-tier Microsoft environments * Diagnose and troubleshoot high-impact production issues (often remotely) * Collaborate directly with Development teams to deliver fixes * Contribute to product improvement and customer experience * Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8 weeks) What You Bring * Experience in a technical support role (software / consultancy / SI / dealing with external customers not internal) * Strong troubleshooting ability and communication skills * Microsoft stack knowledge (IIS, SQL Server, Azure) * Familiarity with Active Directory, virtualisation, networking (TCP/IP), and case management tools (Jenkins ideally) Desirable PKI | Firewalls | Entra | Java Script / scripting | Mobile tech | Salesforce | Powershell This is a strong opportunity to build your career in cyber security within a growing company offering exposure to global clients and modern technologies.
