We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to play a key role in supporting and enhancing our UK and US IT infrastructure. Working within a highly secure, technology-driven environment, you'll help deliver exceptional IT services while supporting the systems behind world-class security solutions.
The Role
- Provide 3rd Line support across infrastructure, cloud and security platforms
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues
- Manage and optimise Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint technologies
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, security improvements and automation initiatives
- Support disaster recovery, ITIL processes and continuous service improvement
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to IT strategy and future technology planning
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in a senior IT support or infrastructure role
- Strong expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender
- Experience with Windows Server, networking, firewalls, virtualisation and PowerShell
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and project delivery skills
- A proactive approach with a passion for technology and continuous improvement

Additional Information
