Senior IT Support Engineer - Cyber Security sector. Hybrid to £52,000 + Pension + Private Healthcare + Share Scheme + Electric Car Scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience. The tech skills required are Microsoft, Azure, Entra, Intune, Defender plus excellent networking expertise would be desirable for someone looking for a new challenge within a rapidly growing cyber security technology company.

The Role:

  • You will join the IT Support team, providing IT and facilities services across UK and US sites.
  • Ensure high levels of system performance for onsite and remote users in a technical, professional environment, maintaining compliance with ISO, Cyber Essentials+ and other standards.
  • The role requires broad technical expertise and close collaboration with fellow IT Support Engineers.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provide 3rd line support across infrastructure, cloud, and security environments.
  • Act as the escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support teams.
  • Maintain and improve Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint systems.
  • Lead and support infrastructure projects and continuous improvements.
  • Drive ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Contribute to IT strategy, planning, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
  • Deputise for the Head of IT when required.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the support rota and provide onsite support at least two days per week.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' hands-on technical experience across any of the following:
  • Essential - Azure, Microsoft, Entra, Intune.
  • Desirable - Networking, firewall, switching.
  • Nice to have - ITIL, laptop, server management.
