Requirements

  • Experience in a technical support role, ideally in software, consultancy, systems integration, or working with external customers
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including IIS, SQL Server, and Azure
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, virtualisation, networking (TCP/IP), and case management tools, ideally Jenkins
  • Desirable experience with PKI, firewalls, Entra, Java Script or scripting, mobile technology, Salesforce, and Power Shell

Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve complex technical issues for international customers
  • Support enterprise-scale, multi-tier Microsoft environments
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot high-impact production issues, often remotely
  • Collaborate directly with our Development teams to deliver fixes
  • Contribute to product improvement and customer experience
  • Participate in an on-call rota on a 1 in 8 week basis
