The role delivers complex software solutions to UK and international customers, ensuring successful post-sales implementation and client satisfaction. It involves collaborating with project and account teams, contributing to high-quality service delivery, and supporting secure, customer-focused outcomes, with a hybrid working model and approximately 20% travel.

Responsibilities
- Translate complex customer requirements into secure, scalable solutions
- Design and deploy enterprise PKI and IAM platforms
- Lead installations, testing, go-live, and upgrades
- Provide expert guidance and training to customers
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to ensure successful outcomes
Experience required
- Experience delivering enterprise security or software solutions
- Strong PKI expertise (CAs, HSMs)
- IAM experience in complex environments desirable
- Background in systems integration, software services or consultancy
- SC clearance (or eligibility)
- Any of the following of interest: MFA, smart cards, security tokens, PIV/CAC, CMS/IDMS, telecoms, networking, Active Directory, SQL.
