This is a once in a life-time opportunity for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with previous leadership experience who is looking to be the SME for a small Dev Ops team and is keen to find a new challenge within a rapidly growing cyber security technology company.

Your role
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure and applications, driving automation, DevSecOps adoption, and continuous delivery.
- Enhance deployment processes, maintain compliance with security and ISO standards, and evolve cloud and on-premises platforms to meet future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application delivery.
- Manage and optimise Azure and on-premises application environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance management solutions.
- Apply security best practices and ensure compliance across infrastructure and deployments.
- Automate processes through scripting and tooling to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to support applications and resolve deployment issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests in line with ITIL practices.
- Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, and pipelines.
- Maintain secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and environment provisioning.
- Manage secrets, certificates, credentials, and identity access controls.
- Integrate security controls and automated testing throughout the DevSecOps lifecycle.
Experience Required
- 5+ years experience in a Senior DevOps role with at least 2 in a leadership position plus architecture responsibilities.
- Strong Azure expertise; AWS/GCP knowledge beneficial.
- Experience with CI/CD, networking, security, Microsoft infrastructure, and Azure networking.
- Knowledge of identity and secrets management (Entra ID, Key Vault, RBAC).
- Experience with FinOps, monitoring/observability, DevSecOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Eligible for UK security clearance.
