What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and resolve complex technical issues for international customers
  • Support enterprise-scale, multi-tier Microsoft environments
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot high-impact production issues (often remotely)
  • Collaborate directly with Development teams to deliver fixes
  • Contribute to product improvement and customer experience
  • Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8 weeks)

What You Bring

  • Experience in a technical support role (software / consultancy / SI / dealing with external customers not internal)
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and communication skills
  • Microsoft stack knowledge (IIS, SQL Server, Azure, Active Directory)
  • Familiarity with VMware, networking (TCP/IP), and case management tools (Jenkins ideally)
