As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge software security solutions to major governments and global organisations across the UK and internationally. You'll join a high-performing Professional Services team, working closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and fellow Consultants to deploy complex, enterprise-grade security solutions in some of the most demanding environments in the world. Approx 20% of the time will be travelling to customer sites.

What you'll be doing:
- Capturing customer requirements and designing robust technical solutions
- Installing, configuring software security solutions, and delivering training on enterprise software platforms
- Leading acceptance testing, commissioning, and go-live support
- Developing into a subject matter expert across the company's PKI security software product/services
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Ideally degree-educated with strong IT/CIS foundations or requisite experience instead
- Experience delivering PKI and security solutions either within a systems integrator or software services consultancy. End-user experience is also of interest.
- Strong problem-solving skills across applications, networks, and operating systems
- Confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Any of the following of interest: IAM, PKI, MFA, Smart Cards testing, and cyber security or telecoms environments
- Desirable: Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, networking
