As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge software security solutions to major governments and global organisations across the UK and internationally. You’ll join a high-performing Professional Services team, working closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and fellow Consultants to deploy complex, enterprise-grade security solutions in some of the most demanding environments in the world.

What you’ll be doing:
- Capturing customer requirements and designing robust technical solutions
- Installing, configuring software security solutions, and delivering training on enterprise software platforms
- Leading acceptance testing, commissioning, and go-live support
- Developing into a subject matter expert across the company’s security software portfolio
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally degree-educated with strong IT / CIS foundations or requisite experience instead
- 5-10 years experience delivering enterprise software and security solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills across applications, networks, and operating systems
- Any experience working in a telecoms environment would be of interest
- Confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Any of the following background of interest:
- Identity and Access Management
- PIV or CAC Card Programs
- Credential Management Systems (CMS) or Identity Management Systems (IDMS)
- PKI / CAs / HSMs
- Smart Cards and Security Tokens
- Multi-Factor Authentication
