This organisation is committed to supporting people through innovative, reliable and accessible housing services. As part of their Technology & Information Management team, you'll play a key role in supporting their staff across Scotland, helping ensure technology is used effectively to deliver essential services to residents.

As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you'll be involved in supporting technology services across the organisation. Acting as a main contact for incidents and service requests, you'll take ownership of issues from start to finish, providing mainly 2nd and 3rd line support while mentoring Technology Apprentices along the way.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Resolving hardware, software and network problems (both remotely and on-site)
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Supporting BAU and improvement projects
  • Ensuring adherence to Cyber Essentials Plus standards
  • Contributing to the ICT knowledgebase
  • Championing smarter, more efficient ways of working through technology

To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong problem-solving skills, an excellent understanding of ICT security principles, and up-to-date experience across technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure. Knowledge of ITIL best practice and GDPR requirements is essential, alongside a proactive approach and the ability to deliver great customer service.

You will need a driving licence and access to a car. The role is hybrid and will require 3 days per week at the office in central Edinburgh.
