A long-established Microsoft Solution Partner is looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to join its growing delivery team, supporting the successful delivery of client-facing Microsoft technology and digital transformation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to develop their career within a Microsoft consultancy. You'll work closely with clients, technical teams and senior stakeholders across projects spanning Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure and wider Microsoft technologies. The role offers genuine exposure to technology transformation and client delivery, rather than being focused purely on project administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, scope and coordinate multiple concurrent Microsoft technology projects
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
- Coordinate internal technical teams and external client stakeholders
- Maintain project scope and manage project constraints
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change
- Assess the impact of changes and communicate these clearly to clients
Skills & Experience
- Around 2 years' experience in IT or technical project management
- Experience working within a technology, Microsoft, consultancy, MSP or similar environment is desirable
- Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams or technical deliveries
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Commercially aware with an understanding of scope, budgets, timelines and delivery constraints
