Managed Service provider seeks a SOC Lead to join the Cyber Security function. This role will play an integral part in leading the firm's 24/7 SOC and drive the operational success of their Cyber Defence Services.
Responsibilities
- Leading and helping to develop a team of SOC Analysts
- Oversee 24/7 monitoring and incident response activities, ensuring SLA's are met.
- Improve and maintain SOC processes, playbooks, and response procedures.
- Produce regular security reports, and insights for clients and internal leadership.
- Represent the SOC in client reviews, acting as a trusted advisor on security operations.
This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge security technology, the opportunity to influence and improve the SOC operations, and be part of a supportive, and collaborative team.
