Senior Data Architect - Snowflake - London (Hybrid) - Up to £120,000

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, governance and modernisation of enterprise-scale data and integration platforms. This is a high-impact role where you will define platform strategy, establish architectural standards and drive transformation initiatives that deliver high-standard scalable, secure and resilient solutions. Working closely with business and engineering stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership across platform engineering, cloud technologies, data integration and modern operating models.

Role

  • Define enterprise platform architecture, standards and engineering best practices.
  • Lead architecture reviews, technology assessments and modernisation programmes.
  • Drive governance, security, resilience, scalability and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Design and implement enterprise data and integration strategies.
  • Support the adoption of modern data architectures and operating models.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable data products and services.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in engineering, cloud, integration or data platforms.
  • Experience with modern cloud-native technologies and automation practices.
  • Strong understanding of governance, security, compliance and operational excellence.
