As a Senior Manager of Operational Resilience, you will work with senior executives across Financial Services to build organisations that can withstand strategic problems, operational, and technology‑driven disruption. You will lead major resilience programmes, shape client strategies, and drive the growth of our market – leading the resilience practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements – overseeing budget, risk, delivery, and team management.
- Deliver high‑quality resilience, continuity, and crisis management programmes.
- Act as a senior subject‑matter expert in resilience, crisis response, and incident management.
- Build trusted C‑suite and board‑level relationships, influencing resilience strategy and regulatory compliance.
- Expand client accounts by identifying new opportunities and shaping value‑adding solutions.

- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of operational resilience within Financial Services and relevant global regulations. Broad experience across resilience domains: technology & digital resilience, cloud and third‑party resilience, disaster recovery & IT service continuity, crisis management, scenario testing, and contingency planning, operational risk and enterprise risk management.
- Client & Stakeholder Leadership: Strong track record of commercial growth and relationship development. Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and Boards. Ability to translate organisational strategy into practical resilience outcomes.
- Analytical & Delivery Strengths: Skilled in resilience testing, scenario planning, and mapping critical services and dependencies. Strong problem‑solver able to navigate complex, fast‑moving environments.
