What you'll be doing:
- Provide operational support for both Archer and the AACS products.
- Manage and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to GRC and security operations.
- Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions across the supported applications.
- Maintain the supporting infrastructure, including licensing, SSL certificate management, patching, upgrades and obsolescence planning.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and alignment with business needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and to the enhancement of GRC and building security processes.
- Work effectively within a dynamic, fast paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and positive solution focused approach.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of working in an IT Function (Preferably Technical Support or Software Development).
- Understanding of APIs.
- Experience working with Agile software development methods.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Desirable:
- Certification in ITIL v3/v4.
- Relevant vocational qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. HNC / Diploma / Degree) in a relevant IT field.

The GRC Product team:
The GRC Product Team sits within EIT as part of the Shared Services function and comprises a Product Owner, Senior Product Engineer, two Product Engineers, and a Consultant. Together, we support and manage a suite of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) services across BAE Systems, covering key platforms including Archer, TeamMate, MetricStream, and AACS.
