What You'll Do:
- Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they move with pace and clarity.
- Run daily stand-ups, sprint check-ins, and client updates—keeping delivery aligned and on track.
- Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process flows that technical teams can build from.
- Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, budgets and delivery governance with confidence.
- Collaborate across internal teams and customers to analyze processes and design improved ways of working.
- Contribute across a mix of initiatives—including data, CRM, ERP, automation, and internal improvement work.
Typical Projects You'll Be Involved In:
- A live Fabric data project improving enterprise reporting and insights.
- Ongoing Business Central rollout and optimisation.
- Building and enhancing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- New digital transformation projects entering pipeline as client demand grows.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience delivering projects across both PM and BA responsibilities.
- Practical exposure to Microsoft-based technology projects (Dynamics, BC, Fabric, Power Platform etc.).
- Comfort managing several moving pieces at once and maintaining structure in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile environments—stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog management.
- Ideally with a consultancy or multi-client delivery experience.
- Familiarity with stabilising legacy systems or improving delivery processes.
- Experience supporting discovery phases, mapping current vs. future state, or shaping MVP scope.
Working Pattern:
Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week onsite near Portsmouth (ideally up to 3 days where required), remainder split across home and client sites.
