We are searching for an experienced NetSuite consultant to play a key part in NetSuite delivery, with a strong focus on operational process design, user readiness and training delivery. You will be teaming up with high-calibre NetSuite specialists, entering an environment that knows exactly what success looks like. Role & Responsibilities- Lead operational process workshops (O2C, P2P, inventory, project operations) to define AS-IS / TO-BE design
- Work alongside implementation partners to ensure workflows, approvals and roles reflect business needs
- Develop and deliver structured end-user training ahead of go-live
- Produce training guides, SOPs and process documentation
- Support UAT from an operational perspective, ensuring scenarios reflect real business use
- Drive user adoption and support hypercare post go-live
- Proven NetSuite implementation experience (end-to-end or phase delivery)
- Strong understanding of operational workflows within NetSuite
- Experience delivering training as part of ERP go-lives
- Confident stakeholder engagement across Operations and Finance
