Senior Sales Director - UK - ÂŁ150K - ÂŁ180K + 30% bonus. Nigel Frank have been retained by a leading consultancy in the UK that are looking to add a Sales Director to their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven, client-focused leader to shape and scale a highâimpact business unit at the intersection of insurance, enterprise technology and business transformation. This role will lead crossâfunctional teams across Sales and own the strategic direction of our insurance & financial services proposition across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the insurance or financial services business unit strategy for UK and Europe, with full P&L ownership of a ÂŁ20M+ portfolio.
- Redefine and sharpen the value proposition to differentiate in a competitive market.
- Identify, develop and manage key partnerships, alliances and SI relationships to drive growth and delivery capability.
- Stay at the forefront of insurance industry trends, regulatory developments and emerging technologies to support and innovate with clients.
- Lead new business acquisition across Enterprise software and transformation engagements with major carriers, brokers and Lloyd's market participants.
- Own and drive the full pursuit process for major opportunities, from campaign development through to close.
- Develop and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships across Life, P&C and London Market accounts.
- Execute targeted go-to-market campaigns aligned to key themes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of new business sales in enterprise software, SaaS or transformation consulting within the insurance or financial services market.
- Deep knowledge of Insurance or Financial Services Market and/or broader UK/European carriers, brokers and managing agents.
- Experience leading and growing a commercial team with P&L or revenue accountability.
- Strong background in Business Development, Consulting.
