Our client, a Global Lloyds broker, based in the heart of the City of London, is looking for a Financial Lines Claims Advocate to join their organisation. The salary is very competitive, offers hybrid working, and you will be working for a global brand within the industry.
In your new role, you will be tasked with managing claims from first notification of loss through to conclusion across the Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Crime, and general Financial Lines space, with further Cyber experience also being advantageous. You will also need to be capable of maintaining a consistent relationship with the insurer, client, loss adjuster and other relevant stakeholders of the business whilst negotiating with insurers to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
You will also need to review the claim's authority, ensuring that it is reflective to the firm's needs, manage the cashflow process and proactively monitor claims service performance to always meet client expectations.
In order to be successful, you will need fantastic communication skills, both written and oral, great organisation and time-management skills, and have significant (ideally 5 years +) Financial Lines Claims experience within the Financial Lines Class of business and have strong technical claims processing experience within the London market.
You will need experience using the ECF and CLASS systems, and you will be a great team player. You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, the ability to prepare and interpret claims experiences and analysis, and you will be able to prioritise and reprioritise your tasks in relation to the fast-changing circumstances of your role.
