As a Security Compliance Professional, you'll work across our digital portfolio to help us understand and manage risk. You'll review multiple compliance and security reports, identify emerging risks, and escalate issues to the right technical leads. This is an analytical and people-focused role. You won't be building technical solutions yourself, but you will use your technical understanding to spot patterns, ask the right questions, and support teams to reach solutions. You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, delivery teams, and customer-facing units to ensure security is embedded across everything we do.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse compliance and security reports to identify risks and gaps.
  • Escalate issues and collaborate with technical leads to understand problems and agree next steps.
  • Triaging and prioritising issues based on impact and urgency.
  • Use data to support decision making and communicate insights clearly.
  • Make recommendations to the business on investment and risk management options.
  • Build strong working relationships across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

What we're looking for

  • Qualifications: Degree: 2:2 or above in a tech-based subject – for example: Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data, Security Compliance, or Security & Risk Management.
  • Unfortunately, we are not accepting any applications for those who are on a student/graduate visa, or who will need sponsorship during the scheme. All applicants will therefore need a full UK Right to Work for the duration of the scheme; without this we cannot accept an application.
  • We are unable to offer Sponsorship for any of our Early Careers Programmes.

Skills that will help you succeed

  • Understanding of software and IT principles, with the ability to research and explore technical problem areas.
  • A broad understanding of the tech landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and confident communication.
  • Ability to analyse data and draw insights.

What's in it for you

  • Huge discounts on EE & BT products including your Mobile and Broadband — saving you hundreds of pounds every year.
  • Online GP — giving you access to a GP via telephone or video 24/7 for you and your immediate family, fully funded by us.
  • Market-leading paid carer's leave, up to 2 weeks off for carers to give that bit of extra support to colleagues caring for family or friends who are disabled, ill or elderly.
  • Enhanced women's health support.
  • Support in carving your own career path. We are passionate about developing our people and will support you to achieve the career you want.
  • Volunteering days, so you can give back to your local community.
  • Optional Private Healthcare and Dental, to protect you and your family.

Ready to Apply

It's easy to apply online; just tell us about your details and current education. You will then complete five text-based questions and one video-based question. If successful, after this you will attend an in-person assessment centre and have the chance to ask any questions you might have.
