What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead end‑to‑end business and data analysis across London Market domains, including syndicates, delegated authority, reinsurance, and the full policy lifecycle.
  • Use SQL to perform hands‑on data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, validation, and data quality assessments.
  • Own data mapping activities, including source‑to‑target mappings, business rules, transformation logic, lineage, and traceability.
  • Review existing reports, extracts, and data flows to identify optimisation and reuse opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear data and system requirements, including BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and close collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
