What you\’ll be doing
- Systemising the flows of work between functions and programmes, interacting with internal and external stakeholders on the need to maximise our systems of work. Visualise and automate Enterprise Architecture flows, working with senior stakeholders across the enterprise
- Assess and align technology initiatives with process and data to ensure coherent system integration and operational effectiveness
- Assessment of Technology requirements against roadmap to ensure integrated approach across process, data and technology
- Analyse current processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement through technology enablement
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of implemented technologies and processes, making adjustments as necessary to drive ongoing improvement
- Lead functions and Programmes through the development of digital functional systems

The Technology Enablement team
The team aligns the strategic direction of the directorate to our customer needs, organisation needs, and all other key stakeholder\’s requirements. The team is responsible for driving integration across the directorate, working with every single area of the directorate ensure we are enabling business performance through the application of technology. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
